David Gould Digital Concepts | Illustrate! v5.6 |
R2010 R2011 | $395 |
Description | |||
Illustrate! is a non-photorealistic renderer. It allows you to render your 3D scene in a variety of artistic styles. The most common is the cel or toon style where the objects are rendered with a single or limited number of colors and the edges are drawn with a line. This version of Illustrate! is particularly adept at this style of rendering. It includes a lot of advanced features for creating film resolution cel renderings. Illustrate! also renders illustrations. Most commonly these are technical illustrations with hidden-lines eliminated. Illustrate! supports a huge variety of line styles so you can create complex illustrations. One amazing feature of Illustrate! is its ability to render these styles out to vector artwork. It currently supports Shockwave Flash, Adobe Illustrator, and Autocad DXF output. This allows you to render your 3D scenes for displaying on the Internet or for inclusion with other vector graphics. Demo version is available here. 32-bit: Yes 64-bit: Yes |

Arion for 3ds Max exists inside Max and renders right into the Max framebuffer. Features include: - Native material editor - Motion blur - ActiveShade support - Native animation support - Displacement - Instancing - Render passes - Subdivision surfaces - Unlimited network rendering - And much more... R2011 R2012 R2013 R2014 R2015 R2016 R2017 R2018 | $2970 |
Description | |||
Now you can make sophisticated laser images by working directly with standard 3D computer graphics. This autodigitizing magic is accomplished by Lasershow Converter MAX, Pangolin's plugin for Max. The plugin enables CG artists to convert 3D objects and scenes into laser outlines while simultaneously communicating with the LD2000 hardware. The result can be as simple as a single-frame logo, or as complex as an animated fly-through of a city. No demo version available. 32-bit: Yes 64-bit: Yes |

Description | |||
Octane Render is a fully physically based, unbiased render engine which simulates light not as RGB colors but as an electromagnetic wave. Since it is based on the physics of light, it captures all light interactions in the scene just as in reality. It also offers an extremely fast Direct Lighting / Ambient Occlusion mode which produces traditional ray traced renders in seconds. Octane Render is a true GPU-based engine, not a hybrid CPU/GPU or a CPU based engine that was modified with GPU acceleration. With current GPU technology, Octane Render can produce final images 10 to 50 times faster than CPU unbiased render engines, or even faster with multiple GPUs (depending on the GPUs used). This version of the renderer is built directly into Max, and offers all of the functionality of the standalone version. To run OctaneRender for Max, you need to have an activated OctaneRender Standalone copy on the machine you wish to install the plugin onto. Demo version is available here. 32-bit: No 64-bit: Yes |

Description | |||
Redshift is a fully GPU-accelerated, biased renderer which uses approximation and interpolation techniques to achieve noise-free results with relatively few samples, making it much faster than unbiased rendering. Redshift uses an out-of-core architecture for geometry and textures, allowing you to render massive scenes that would otherwise never fit in video memory. It also supports multiple GPUs, proxies and instances, uses node-based shading, has AOV outputs and comes with a full selection of cameras (eg. stereo spherical, orthogonal, fisheye). Demo version is available here. 32-bit: No 64-bit: Yes |
